as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the site and no
content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted,
publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in
any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, Web site
or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial
enterprise, without the prior written consent by Subterraneous Screen Printers
Shipping & Delivery
Orders
are processed within 48 hours from the next business day (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm,
not including Public holidays), pending payment authorization and verification.
Shipping times depend on the type of shipment selected. products will
shipped directly from South Australia. IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to Subterraneous Screen Printers because the buyer did not claim the package, we do not send replacements. Subterraneous Screen Printers is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your
package during delivery. The
buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your
package. Customs determines these charges, therefore leaving Subterraneous Screen Printers no liability for covering these costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns can be made only if the product(s) is / are in unworn or used condition. Acceptable reasons for a return: factory defects, wrong color or size was sent, or error on our part. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product if they are requesting a return. We will email you instructions on how to return the product. We will pay for the shipment back to us and back to you again.
Exchanges are not permitted.
Accounts, Passwords and Security
Personal information is gathered by subterraneous.com.au during the order check out process. During the check out process, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number and credit card information may be collected. Your account user name and password are collected at this time as well. Please note that your user name is your email address and you may create your own unique password.
If you forget your password you can request to have your password emailed to your email address. For security reasons, Subterraneous Screen Printers does not store sensitive credit card information on our servers. All payments are dealt with through PayPal and their respective security measures.
Privacy
Subterraneous Screen Printers Privacy Policy applies to use of this Site, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.
